- Manage reservation inquiries and room availability in real-time
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented mindset
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Act as local tourism ambassador recommending Sacramento attractions
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
