Responsibilities

- Coordinate housekeeping/maintenance requests efficiently
- Maintain organized front desk and lobby areas
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest stays
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends/holidays)
- Texas hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
