Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Handle high-volume phone calls and reservation inquiries with exceptional service
- Resolve guest complaints and special requests proactively
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a major plus
