Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management software
- Handle reservation modifications and special requests with exceptional service
- Process payments, maintain accurate financial records, and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guestroom readiness
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain security protocols for guest safety and property protection
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and transportation options
- High school diploma or equivalent required
