Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while verifying reservations and payment methods
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local knowledge
- Coordinate with housekeeping, valet, and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Upsell hotel amenities, shows, and dining experiences
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/reception area
- Handle emergency situations following protocol
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Valid Nevada work permit if applicable
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
