We are looking for a dedicated and charismatic Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Louisville Grand Hotel. We are currently offering immediate hire opportunities for driven professionals who are ready to deliver world-class hospitality in the heart of downtown Louisville.
As the face of our hotel, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable experience for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they step through our doors.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Assist with billing and payment processing to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
