Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and guest requests with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize revenue
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Omaha attractions and transportation
