Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and professionalism
- Handle reservation inquiries and room assignments using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain 95%+ satisfaction scores
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Train new front desk staff on hotel systems and service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
