Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest stays
- Maintain security protocols for guest and property safety
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy and data entry accuracy
- Valid Washington State alcohol service permit
- High school diploma or equivalent required
