Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences with warm professionalism
- Manage room inventory and optimize booking efficiency through Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and organization standards
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Delphi) preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Portland attractions and transportation
