Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Manage reservations, process payments accurately, and maintain detailed guest records
- Operate front desk technology including PMS software and communication tools
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards at the front desk area
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
