Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest registration and departure processes using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Perform concierge duties including local recommendations and activity bookings
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Assist in training new front desk staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic knowledge of Seattle attractions and transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
