Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and visitors with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Managing the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration.
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Sorting, scanning, and distributing incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Monitoring building security systems and ensuring access control protocols are followed.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Resolving guest complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
