Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain meticulous records and follow all brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel or high-end customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Opera Cloud)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations with grace
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
