Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-in/check-out processes
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and service requests promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Utilize hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Upsell room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta attractions preferred
