Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Process payments and manage billing transactions
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Operate switchboard and manage reservations
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic knowledge of Seattle tourism attractions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's card preferred
