- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using property management systems
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational efficiency
- Provide local recommendations and information to enhance guest experiences
- Perform nightly audits and report generation for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Oregon driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
