Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during overnight hours
- Manage room assignments and address guest inquiries/complaints promptly
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare daily reports and update reservation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Tennessee hospitality certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
