Responsibilities
- Seamlessly check-in/check-out guests using Opera property management system
- Proactively resolve guest inquiries and elevate service through personalized attention
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless room readiness
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Upsell premium rooms, amenities, and local experiences to maximize revenue
- Execute emergency procedures with calm professionalism during critical situations
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Expertise in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Nebraska hospitality license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Fluent English with Spanish language proficiency preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
