Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas to strict company standards.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and polish surfaces to a mirror finish.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries and amenities.
- Empty trash bins and sort recyclables in designated areas.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent attendance record.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
