As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our international clientele, handling check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle reservations, modifications, and room assignments using PMS systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain security protocols for guest and property safety
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
