Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently with reservation systems
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license for Virginia locations
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore/Virginia tourism assets preferred
