Responsibilities
- Check-in/out guests efficiently while maintaining personalized service standards
- Manage room reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Utilize hotel management software (Opera/PMS) for daily operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolution-focused solutions
- Perform daily audits and financial reconciliations
- Maintain security protocols and confidential guest information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid Pennsylvania food handler/seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Fluency in English; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
