Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in/out procedures efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage room reservations and modify bookings based on availability
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Provide local recommendations for attractions and dining
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Tennessee alcohol service certification (or willingness to obtain)
