Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including check-in, check-out, and lobby management.
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Process payments accurately and maintain strict confidentiality of guest information.
- Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to manage reservations and room assignments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering multi-line phones.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk operations or guest services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Guestcentrix).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Clean background check and valid driver's license preferred.
