Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and guest check-ins/check-outs during assigned shifts.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Coordinate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain property standards.
- Monitor security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Process transactions accurately and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or shift work is preferred.
