Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide warm, welcoming greetings and a professional check-in/check-out experience for all guests.
- Operations: Manage the front desk efficiently, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling reservations.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately process payments, manage folios, and maintain accurate guest records using property management software.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Shift Coverage: Assist with lobby supervision during assigned shifts, ensuring a clean and organized public area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Interpersonal: A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
