Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with the highest level of courtesy and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage the hotel's telephone system, taking accurate messages and making reservations for future stays.
  • Assist in housekeeping coordination to ensure guest rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate cash and credit records using our property management system.
  • Stay updated on local events, attractions, and directions to provide exceptional recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or a related hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse guests.
