Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, creating a lasting first impression.
- Guest Services: Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and payments are processed accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional demeanor and manage correspondence promptly.
- Reservation Management: Assist with room bookings, modifications, and cancellations using our property management system.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests immediately to ensure 5-star satisfaction.
- Area Maintenance: Monitor the public areas of the hotel to ensure they are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for an Immediate Hire position.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
