Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a seamless arrival experience.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, acting as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organized appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments accurately and manage key card systems.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with computer systems and property management software (PMS).
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
