- Deliver outstanding guest service with personalized attention to detail
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel software
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with professionalism
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests seamlessly
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Collaborate with cross-department teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for position)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling skills
