Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently during night hours.
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily financial transactions and reports.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain the security and safety of the hotel premises and guests at all times.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to update guest profiles and process payments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Adhere to all company policies and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred, but training is provided.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle cash transactions accurately.
