Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly, check them in efficiently, and ensure a smooth check-out process.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls, emails, and voicemails promptly, answering inquiries about our amenities and local area.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Operations: Maintain the front desk area, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and manage the lobby environment.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and facility upkeep.
- Marketing: Promote our loyalty program and special packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or a related customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
