Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying all necessary information and processing payments accurately.
- Manage room assignments and ensure reservations are up-to-date in the property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, directing messages to the appropriate departments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
