Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check-In/Out: Efficiently process guest check-ins and check-outs using our Property Management System (PMS), verifying payment methods and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Guest Services: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Reservation Management: Assist with managing room availability, making reservations, and updating guest profiles with accurate information.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, routing calls or taking detailed messages.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency and experience with Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
