- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the registration process, including verifying information and processing payments.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system and handle correspondence.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Security: Adhere to all hotel security protocols and keys management procedures.
