Responsibilities
- Seamlessly manage guest check-in/check-out processes while maintaining accuracy in reservations and billing
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring memorable experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to optimize guest satisfaction
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to handle transactions and update guest profiles
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous room status tracking and key management
- Execute emergency protocols and security procedures with calm authority
- Collaborate with concierge team to provide local recommendations and event support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual ability a plus
- Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle) and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Nashville attractions and transportation networks
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
