Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and ensure accurate billing records.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and front desk area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant teams to coordinate guest needs.
- Assist with concierge duties, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
