Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accurate records
- Answer phone inquiries and manage reservation systems
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel services and local attractions to guests
- Maintain clean, organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Zero hospitality experience necessary
