- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
