Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to guests during check-in, check-out, and while they are on property.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk, lobby, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Assist with room preparation, housekeeping coordination, and property maintenance tasks as required.
- Process payments accurately and manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
