Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process using our property management software.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls professionally, answer inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate departments.
- Customer Assistance: Provide local recommendations, answer questions about hotel amenities, and assist with special requests.
- Check-Out: Process billings and payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain the lobby area, manage the reception desk, and handle incoming mail and packages.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience Level: No experience required. Previous front desk or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
