Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy of all billing and reservation information.
- Provide warm, friendly, and professional greetings to all guests, answering inquiries and resolving complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing email correspondence, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Assist in the daily operations of the hotel lobby, maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to security and accounting policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive revenue and improve guest services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
