Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and empty trash bins.
- Restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) in guest rooms and public areas.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in storage closets and laundry rooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Interact professionally with guests and team members to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and valid work authorization in the USA.
