Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures with a smile.
- Housekeeping Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, organized, and welcoming.
- Front Desk Support: Answer phone calls, manage messages, and assist with concierge requests.
- Event Assistance: Support set-up and breakdown for weekend events and conferences as needed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock amenities, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms.
- Security Awareness: Maintain a secure and safe environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible hours.
- Attitude: A positive, professional demeanor with a strong desire to serve.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift moderate weights.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a clean background check record.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
