Responsibilities
- Clean and Sanitize: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Amenity Management: Restock toiletries, linens, and mini-bars to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing according to strict quality standards.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damaged furniture to the engineering or management team promptly.
- Organization: Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and hotel policies regarding chemical handling and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is clean and presentable.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
