Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and the hotel lobby.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest profiles.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or guest services experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
