Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and ensure a memorable experience throughout their stay.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle reservations, process payments accurately, and respond to inquiries regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the setup and coordination of conferences, weddings, and corporate events within the property.
- Maintenance Liaison: Monitor guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and functionality, reporting any maintenance issues promptly to the engineering team.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, vendors, and staff, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic with the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems or hotel management software are a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
