Responsibilities

  • Execute efficient and welcoming check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, ensuring accuracy and personalization.
  • Manage high-volume phone inquiries and direct communications with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests immediately, escalating issues to management when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process all financial transactions accurately, including credit card payments and cash handling, adhering to company security policies.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to uphold the hotel's high aesthetic standards.

Qualifications
