Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel with speed and accuracy using our property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with the highest level of professionalism and empathy.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently via cash, credit, and digital methods.
- Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements.
- Ensure the front desk area is maintained in pristine condition at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency with computers and property management software is a plus.
- Must be available for immediate start.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
